For us, it’s a crazy amount of wind and temperatures bouncing from 70F to 90F to 60F (feels like 50F because of the wind. 😵‍💫

Scenes from the mountain walk. 🇨🇦

Warm enough for a tshirt …. under my jacket.

Introvert pansy likes her alone time…. far away from the main flowerbed…. under a bench.

GM! Having tea on the patio, admiring all the new leaves on my red oak. #spring #treestr #gm #photostr

GM! My red oak in the backyard is all fuzzy now. Another week and it’ll drop all of that and achieve its leafy canopy for the year.

It’s fun seeing the seasons progress.

And a reminder that this Spring is the same as last year and a once in a lifetime experience.

Different kind of zaps going on tonight. ⛈️

These are stills from a video I took with my phone. Not too shabby. ⚡️

Mom’s orchid, now in full bloom. 🌸💜

It’ll take another week for the rest of the bed to fill out, but it’s now official Spring at my house. 🏡

Took the new shoes for a walk through the nursery at a local hardware store.

Saw a bunch of pot heads.

Picked up a magical girl wand to fight the blood-sucking beasts that attack me when I sit in the back porch.

GM! Wanted to share my Mom’s orchids getting ready to grace my backyard with their presence once again. These guys have been around for almost two decades now. 💜

Daylight Savings Time. Again.

Not usually awake at this hour (under a tornado watch and the storm was bad enough it woke me up and I wanted to move away from the windows), so here’s a repost of the March art challenge from my art challenge dedicated account,

….

Posting before midnight local time, so this still went live on March 1st! 🎉😅

Note to Self: allow a lot more time to create these files. A lot.

Worth the time and effort, though, as I really like how they turned out. 🌸

This is my plan for the rest of the year: to have a color palette, prompt list, and tracker for the monthly

art challenges. This way it’s pretty flexible and could apply to whatever art you want to make, so more folks can join in. 🫂

Everything around me is already all green. Lovely to see Spring still springing.
