Considering the recent dip in Bitcoins price and overall turbulence and panic, I remind myself why I from the outset invested in Bitcoin.

Bitcoiners often talk about Bitcoin as a rabbit hole... NO!, it is the opposite.

You were born in a rabbit hole - the fiat world. A whole system set up by banks and the elites to keep you under control and them in power. When you start to learn about Bitcoin, you are digging yourself out of the fiat rabbit hole. This is why, as you learn, you feel less limited, less stressed, less constrained, more free and hopeful.

You are leaving behind a world governed by murky politics, shadowy figures, centralized power, propaganda and bondage - a degenerate and collapsing world built on empty promises. And you are entering a world built on truth, math, decentralized influence and unlimited potential and creativity.

This is why Nostr feels like a positive place full of creatives and free thinkers - people here are hopeful, feeling the warmth of the sun, seeing the horizon and breathing fresh air. You are crawling out of Plato’s cave and entering the sunlight for the first time.

Welcome to the real world!

It's a new dawn

This storm shall pass - hunker down and ride it out. HODL - be defiant and ungovernable - FUCK'EM!! ... and if you can, buy the dip.

I have a good photo printer and can print photos on quality photo paper myself up to size A3 (that is 29,7 x 42 cm or 11.69 x 16.54 inches).

If you want to support another bitcoiner and spot a photo on my profile that speaks to you - one you'd like to hang on your wall at home (or maybe gift to someone), then let me know!

I can print any of my photos in the format and size up to A3 that you prefer, and send globally for 80k sats (postage included).

Frost flower on window - nature is an artist and a mystic!

I find it fascinating how organic-like structures appear in non-organic materials. There are some deep physics at play here.

Quote from Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard. Written in a letter to his niece in1847.

"Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday, I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, and the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill. Thus if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right."

I, personally, have this eerie sense that we might be facing some serious global chaos in the near term - even more than what we see already.

I am reading up on the Stoics and came across this quote from Marcus Aurelius:

"To be like the rock that the waves keep crashing over. It stands unmoved and the raging of the sea falls still around it"

Prepare your mind to handle turbulence, chaos, and not knowing what is going on - prepare to be a rock, reflecting your calmness to those close to you.

Wow - what a response to my last post, thank you everybody! You are to kind!

Allow me to share another thought.

Bitcoiners often talk about Bitcoin as a rabbit hole... No, it is the opposite. You were born in a rabbit hole - the fiat world. A whole system set up by banks and the elite to keep you under control and them in power.

When you start to learn about Bitcoin, you are digging yourself out of the fiat rabbit hole. This is why, as you learn, you feel less limited, less stressed, less constrained, more free and hopeful.

You are leaving behind a world governed by murky politics, shadowy figures, centralized power and influence, and bondage - a degenerate and collapsing world built on empty promises.

And you are entering a world built on truth, math, decentralized influence, potential, and creative expansion. This is why Nostr feels like a positive place - people here are hopeful, feeling the warmth of the sun, seeing the horizon and breathing fresh air.

You are crawling out of Plato's cave and entering the sunlight for the first time.

Welcome to the real world! https://blossom.primal.net/ff4d0acb6bebf3ec4d617686fecc24db204d499f87f314428a9d9514a54cf9e6.jpg #nature #naturephotography #bitcoin #hope #rabbithole #platoscave #nostr #fiat

Hello dear Nostr people

I had been thinking about joining Nostr for a while, inspired by

and

(thanks Jor and HODL!). It took me a few weeks to research Nostr, and another few weeks to create a profile and download the Primal app to my phone.

Now, after a month on Nostr, I can say I use it more than my X profile. The general atmosphere here is SO much more positive and constructive compared to the insanity on other social media platforms. My sense is that Nostr attracts many grounded free thinkers and people with a positive outlook on the world (well, maybe positive about the world slowly being built with Bitcoin… patience my friends!).

My mission is to spread some beauty and invite contemplative reflections through my nature photography hobby. The positive responses and nice comments I have received have motivated me to pursue it even deeper.

TL;DR - I know, I know. Just want to say thank you to you all - you are my kind of people, and I think I have found my digital tribe here on Nostr.

Do you see the little hut down and to the right? Stack sats today and it could be yours tomorrow.... If that is what you want!

And there we stood, locking eyes, for a good while... there was wonder, curiosity and two worlds collide. A magical moment...

And thanks for the reposts and follows! - it really helps.

And there we are

Hanging on to life

For a brief moment

Reflecting the world

In some odd way

And then we fall

To who knows where...

Life is so brief and fragile - spend the time you have well and fight for the world you would like to emerge from the mess you see around you.

Charlie Kirk was fighting for a better world to the very end. My thoughts go out to Charlie and his family.

From a misty day... I really like the calm atmosphere in this photo. I think a depiction of a true stoics mind would look something like this.
