I don't know about you...

I, personally, have this eerie sense that we might be facing some serious global chaos in the near term - even more than what we see already.

I am reading up on the Stoics and came across this quote from Marcus Aurelius:

"To be like the rock that the waves keep crashing over. It stands unmoved and the raging of the sea falls still around it"

Prepare your mind to handle turbulence, chaos, and not knowing what is going on - prepare to be a rock, reflecting your calmness to those close to you.
