I found this bitcoin site last night and it's so good:

https://bennet.org/learn/what-is-bitcoin/

It's got all of these interactive tools that are really great. I don't love the typography but that's a minor issue.

I've got to work quite a bit today, and then attend an end of the school year event, but I can't wait to play with the various tools and read more.

Now we just need to get him on Nostr!

Some serious #proofofwork from one of my favorite people in my feed,

.

I’m fascinated by all the heat reuse projects people come up with. This one is so cool.

Great day.

• Meet bitcoiners in the flesh at

  and had some great conservations.

• Several walks with a be dog to get in the steps to 10,000 sats for the

challenge. It was so cool to those sats come in.

• The fancy dinner with the high schooler was the highlight of a great day. Hanger steak is always my go to when it’s on the menu.

Here’s the #zaplog for the day.

Congratulations to

on doing his 100th podcast episode. That’s some serious #proofofwork so I sent him some sats. I’ve done a lot of podcasting for my day job and 10 episodes is really hard. Well done 👊

100 episodes is so impressive.

My favorite point

makes is:

9. Accept the duds. Stay relaxed and move on.

Great advice and advice I need to take. 🙏🏻👊

Thanks

for letting me buy these with sats. I sell books from a fulfillment center as well and the integration you did to pull this off is great - some serious #proofofwork. 👊

The Mary Oliver book is for my high schooler, and the other two are for me.

Winding down…

I could have been more useful today. But it was a great evening with my younger child. In-n-out burgers and teenager talk and listening to the new Taylor Swift album.

I’m in the U.S. and there is no doubt a huge chunk of the country is hurting economically. At Walmart they were selling pig heads for $0.99 per pound. I don’t shop at Walmart often but I’ve never seen that. The beef section at Costco sells cheaper cuts than they did a year ago. Hamburger helper sales are up and the number of dogs getting dropped off at shelters is up.

Looking forward to a productive half work day tomorrow. #proofofwork #valueforvalue

Good night.
