Summer can begin now that I have some summer reading. Most excited about Zach Wischler’s The Bitcoin Tao. He’s one of the few bitcoiners I’ve met in the flesh and he’s great (though I don’t know him well).

Foot is still painful but I have some meds that should kick in the next couple of days. Gout. 🤦😬😂 I don’t drink but I do eat a lot of beef and I do a bad job of staying hydrated, and my cycling shoes my need some padding.

Going through my morning emails. I’m fairly confident someone is lying to me when they say they’re disappointed to hear we won’t be working together this year. I think they’re quite happy.

I need to read Robert Greene’s “The 48 Laws of Power” as soon as work calms down so I have a better sense of what people’s motivations likely are.

I read the “The Daily Pressfield” each morning and it’s a treat. I love all of his nonfiction books.

The two Bitcoin books are on my nightstand but I’m only a few chapters into “Bitcoin One Million.”Thanks to

Today I’m aiming to be useful and kind, and to hit the pillow satisfied with the day’s work. And get in a bike ride.

Here’s a book I read every morning. Pressfield’s “The War or Art” is a must read for anyone staying a new project, as well as people in the arts.

“The Daily Pressfield” explains the steps an author goes through to bring a book into the world, but this process can be applied to anything where you’re creating something out of nothing.

What a treat to start the day with a bit of Pressfield wisdom. And the illustrations are exceptional too.
