After cleaning, cultivating me-time …which includes Nostr-time and sharing my goodies 🌱😍

My hubby made me an iced matcha latte with home made raw oat milk and we are enjoying my energy pearls I create quite a batch, so we have them any time we feel like eating some sweets. Only raw organic ingredients as always…making everything from scratch.

I love dedicating my time to creating the food I nourish my body with. What we eat becomes part of us, it fuels our body, mind and energy. That’s why I choose the cleanest, most natural ingredients possible, rather than relying on food produced by an industry driven by speed, pressure, and profit.

The intention, care, and energy invested in its creation become part of the experience and part of us as well.

This is next level of omelette!!! It's raw-vegan and grain free! Made from sprouted chickpeas!! I can't even describe how delicious this is!

Filled with veggies and sprouts marinated with an avocado salsa. I need more of this 😅

Epic sandwich to go....All made from scratch and raw! The "bread" is made from flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, apple, and caraway seeds. Dried in a dehydrator so that it remains slightly soft. I filled my sandwich with homemade cashew mozzarella, home grown radish sprouts, lettuce, bell peppers, and raw mustard. Sooooo nourishing and deli 💚

GM Fam 💜 I haven't been creative in the kitchen for quite some time... somehow I always raw-cooked the same things with different ingredients... To others it may have looked very creative and varied... but to me it was somehow very monotonous and a bit listless. Even if the food was/is always nutritious, fresh and colorful. Yesterday I finally worked creatively again. Let me share here with you a few shots from yesterday... The first is a creation from the surplus of the breading mix for the raw vegan vishsticks. I made also raw cashew mozzarella and its placed on the lettuce leaf. Everything is garnished with sprouts. The salad is salad as always with lots of vegetables and an aceto balsamic dressing, plus the raw vegan vishsticks made from almonds, celery, onions, dill etc. and in the evening there was raw vegan olive focaccia with cashew mozzarella and sprouts. I have to say, everything was soooo delicious 😍

Would you eat it? I have the feeling that this could be a gourmet 5 star meal...😉

Good morning fam 💜 Yesterday in the wintergarden, which is currently my eco-friendly dehydrator 😆, I made delicious seed bread. Truly nutritious. I soaked whole seeds and kernels in water overnight and let them sprout slightly. I mixed in ground flaxseed and sprouted oat flakes and formed them into slices. Dried for 8 hours at +/- 39°C to 41°C...(that's how hot it got in the wintergarden) on a rack.

Enjoying with raw homemade pesto, cucumber, alfalfa and mustard sprouts 💚🌱

I did a thing last night...

1. Over night marinated mushrooms stuffed with cashew cheese and dried tomatoes in the dehydrator.
2. Over night marinated Brussels sprouts with onions in a nice sweet and sour dressing in the dehydrator.
3. Vegetable salad with balsamic vinegar

And it was so exquisite!! All raw-vegan and organic 🌱⚡️

Good Day Nostr Fam 💜🌞 Very active and inspired in the kitchen today 😎 Finally back...! I missed being active and full of energy!

I've had pretty low energy for the past two weeks. First a cold, then I was in my moon and yesterday I was in bed all day with a terrible headache.

So today I started my day with tea, walked the dog and then juiced carrots, beets, ginger, turmeric and lime. The pulp of that, mixed with seeds and spices, is now drying in the sun for crackers. Then I made a mix of walnuts, seeds, carrots, yellow zucchini and spices and formed burgers out of it. Also drying in the sun. Now I'm enjoying some melon with almond butter. Wishing you lots of energy ⚡️ and creativity with whatever you are up to 🌞
