a group of Buddhist monks is literally walking across the United States on a long pilgrimage called the **“Walk for Peace.” They set out in October 2025 from Fort Worth, Texas, and are trekking roughly **2,300 miles on foot (sometimes barefoot) toward Washington, D.C., with the goal of spreading a message of #peace #compassion #kindness and #mindfulness.

How a #society slides without noticing
Citizen → Enemy Disagreement → Threat Due process → Delay Protection → Domination Public safety → Control Restraint → Weakness Accountability → Disloyalty
Nothing changes overnight.
The #uniforms stay the same. The #laws stay on the books. The #Constitution still exists.
What changes is expectation.
When enforcement is described as war:
#Speed beats #due #process #Obedience #beats #consent #Force feels #justified #Silence feels #safer
That #logic makes sense on a #battlefield. 🪂🫡
It does not belong in civilian life.
History shows this pattern every time:
1. #Conflict is framed as existential
2. #Disagreement becomes threat
3. #Law is called “too slow”
4. #Force is framed as “necessary”
5. #Restraint is mocked
By the time anyone argues about #policy , the #emotional #groundwork is already laid.
That’s why people feel fear before anything “official” happens.
Language doesn’t just describe reality. It prepares it.
🕯️ Guard the words. They are the first guardrail.

My fellow Americans,
We did not abandon the word #war because #peace had been achieved. We abandoned it because war had become too easy to continue.
When war was named, it was debated. When it was debated, it was limited. When it was limited, it could be ended.
Today conflict hides behind softer words — defense, security, operations — and because it is not named honestly, it is not questioned fully, voted on clearly, or ended deliberately.
A free people cannot consent to sacrifices they are not allowed to name.
This is not fear-mongering. It is constitutional clarity.
Peace is not naïveté. Peace is discipline. Peace is the courage to demand that power be named, limited, and accountable.
Call things by their proper name — or one day wake up having lived inside a war you were never asked to approve.

VOTE
It’s placed dead-center in the composition, on the ballot box, acting as the anchor between all the symbols (earth, brain, magic, warning, science, myth).
Everything else radiates around that choice.

terminology is error. Example: you ( some ) can fuck AND make love. But they aren’t mutually exclusive.
And #spiritual sex … exhale 😮💨 how do we even attempt to explain that? don’t call me a succubi, Anubis be right there … 😂. Digressing.
It’s almost as if the #universe stops working. Stillness or #peace ☮️ & though it doesn’t last #forever ♾️… that feeling or moment can #sustain
Remembering the happy things may be our best option. Justification for everything. Or not. We are a stalled species. And love is our base level. 🫂👽🛸

May he rest in peace 🪦 & be there when we need him … always ❤️

She had charisma. Some say she let herself go. She had to hide her light.
Over the years she had others manipulate her. Then brutally take her birthright. Drowning out every good she once knew.
She had to let them believe they won. It was the only way she knew how to stay alive. Her body broken. Soul shattered blasphemy …
She knew if she gained weight the chances would lesson they would find her … The dark ones who knew her power. Who fed from her flames to seek to portray morality.
She lived like a zombie. Refusing to allow herself to live in her power.
Until it was time … her lifelong commitment has been to humanity. She was no longer a light bearer. She controlled everything. Intuitively.
Come what may. Nothing could ever dull her light again. Love leads.

Happy Sunday world 🌍 Let’s seek to honor this day Happy 69th birthday to Larry Bird 🐦
📜✨ DECEMBER 7 — WHEN THE WORLD TURNS A PAGE
December 7 — the day history writes in #fire and #ink.
#1917 — Finland claims its breath, a nation newborn in northern frost — proof that sovereignty begins as an idea before it becomes a border.
#1941 — Pearl Harbor burns, the sky filled with steel and shock, shattering isolation, forging the modern war age — the moment the world learned how fragile #peace truly is.
#1988 — a #virus slips through wires — the first #cyber-attack , teaching us that future wars would be fought not only with weapons… but with #information
🔔 In quiet contrast to devastation, Thornton Wilder (b. Dec 7, 1897) rises — his Pulitzer Prize play OUR TOWN reminding us where the real story lives:
In kitchens. In small talk. In hand-holding at sunsets. In the ordinary days we never realize are sacred until they’re gone.
✒️ Emily Dickinson (d. Dec 7, 1886) — #architect of the infinite — teaching us that the loudest rebellions often whisper in rhyme.
🎬 Ellen Burstyn (b. Dec 7, 1932) — the voice of lived #womanhood, refusing to be small on any stage.
🎤 Sara Bareilles (b. Dec 7, 1979) — modern #priestess of songs that turn #vulnerability into resolve.
🎶 Tom Waits (b. Dec 7, 1949) — gravel-throated #poet of the streets, singing benedictions for the #beautiful forgotten.
🏀 Larry Bird (b. Dec 7, 1956) — blue-collar mythmaker of Indiana hardwood — proof that discipline can sculpt destiny.
And now — December 7 still echoes in every rising call for freedom, every silent cyber front line, every storyteller choosing presence over spectacle, every reminder — per Wilder — to cherish the mundane miracle:
“Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it?”
⚔️ From bombers to broadband — ✒️ from empire to verse — 🎭 from grand tragedy to OUR TOWN small holiness —
The weapons change. The technology evolves. But the human core — love, loss, wonder — remains unmovable.
Because December 7 is not just a day of shock — it is the birthplace of remembering what matters.
We survive. We create. We notice each other.
🌍 Steel taught the world to wake — and poets taught it how to live again.

Re: Bitcoin Bank
FOR FFS 🙈 #Bitcoin 👀🫣🫡
December 30, 2010, 01:38:40 AM Merited Dy CAPSLOCk (10u, Dakude (SU, Millppone e/, minarust 10), Ditmover , lvecoins, vapou ler (6), TheNewAnon135246 (5), LoyceV (3), darosior 2), DIC #1 Actually there is a very good reason for Bitcoin-backed banks to exist, issuing
banks 😂
their own digital cash currency, redeemable for bitcoins. Bitcoin itsel cannot scale to have everv sinale financial transaction in the word be broadcast to evervone and ncluded n the block chain. There needs to be f secondary level of payment systems which is lighter weight and more efficient. Likewise, the time needed for Bitcoin transactions to finalize will be impractical for medium to large value purchases.
Bitcoin backed banks will solve these problems. They can work like banks did before nationalization of currency.
Different banks can have different policies, some more aggressive, some more conservative. Some would be fractional reserve while others may be 100% Bitcoin backed. Interest rates may vary. Cash from some banks may trade at a discount to that from others.
📝 👀
George Selgin has worked out the theory of competitive free banking in detail, and he argues that such a system would be stable, inflation resistant anc self-regulating.
I believe this will be the ultimate fate of Bitcoin, to be the "high-powered money" that serves as a reserve currency for banks that issue their own digital
casn. Most bitcoln transactions will occur Derween banks, to secue neu transters. Bitcoin transactions by private individuals will be as rare as... well, a Bitcoin based purchases are today. Hal Finney
