More highlights from the Rogue Food Conference last weekend!
Awesome brΓ»lΓ©ed cornbread and meal at Zynodoa. The mushrooms are inspiring me to do a simple citrus juice treatment on oyster mushrooms soon!
and Sophia touring Polyface Farm. Itβs Paul and my second tour of the farm, and I still thought of plenty of questions to ask this time π and I finally got to see some of the rabbit operation! We thought it was interesting that rabbit tractors have floor slats while chicken tractors do not.
A vendor was giving away delicious milk with a cap of golden cream π€€
Pizza at the awesome and based Shenandoah Pizza and Tap House
My first proper matcha at the also very awesome Crucible Coffee
