New single release "Der Fetzer" by Ric Sattler! The 2nd song from his live album "Westerwald Blues Live" is now available on the Valueverse.

The song is about the German robber Mathias Weber aka Der Fetzer (1778 – 1803, English "The Shredder"). Recorded and mixed analog to tape as a hybrid live and studio production.

Enjoy, share and zap! 🎸⚡️

Welcome to the Valueverse: Ric Sattler! 👏

Releasing his first V4V single "Tanz am Druidenstein" (eng. "Dance at the Druid Stone") taken from his new live album "Westerwald Blues Live", which hopefully will get it's V4V release too.

I was fortunate enough to record and also play on the live album from where this single is taken from. All analog, of course. Load your favorite player and zap if you enjoy it to encourage Ric to release even more in the future. ☺️

My fellow Ric Sattler released his new live album "Westerwald Blues Live", recorded and mixed as a hybrid live/studio production by me with my beloved Fostex 8-track tape machine. We recorded his gig as a duo with his guitarist live on tape. I added drums and bass tracks later in my studio. I think we captured a pretty organic sound. I still need to convince him to release this as a Podcasting 2.0 feed. 😅 But if you want to check it out already, here's the YouTube version: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_nO8fl3zbxFo7XLfRpnb0cN0uVaxENtX2M
