📚 GUERILLA OPEN ACCESS MANIFESTO

In July 2008, from Eremo, Italy, Aaron Swartz issued a moral challenge to everyone with privileged access to human knowledge.

Scientific and cultural heritage—built over centuries—was being digitized and then locked behind private gates.

Students could only study what their institutions could afford.

Researchers were forced to pay to read the work of other researchers.

Children in poorer countries were excluded from knowledge already known to humanity.

Aaron rejected the idea that legality automatically creates justice.

“Sharing isn’t immoral — it’s a moral imperative.”

This is not a motivational poster.

It is a declaration against the private enclosure of public knowledge—and an argument for open access as an act of civil disobedience.

Read it. Save it. Share the original reference. Ask what it demands of us now.

What is knowledge worth if humanity creates it together—but institutions lock it away from the public? 📚🔴

AARON SWARTZ — THE OPEN ARCHIVE

Aaron Swartz was a programmer, writer and activist who believed the internet should expand humanity’s access to knowledge.

As a teenager, he helped develop RSS 1.0.

He contributed to Creative Commons, became part of Reddit through its merger with Infogami, and co-founded Demand Progress—the organization that helped mobilize opposition to SOPA and PIPA.

His central conviction was simple:

Public knowledge should be available to the public.

In 2010 and 2011, Swartz downloaded millions of academic articles from JSTOR through MIT’s network. JSTOR later settled its civil dispute with him, but federal prosecutors continued a criminal case involving computer-fraud and wire-fraud charges.

Swartz died by suicide on January 11, 2013.

He was 26.

His death intensified a debate that remains unresolved:

⚖️ When does enforcement become disproportionate? 🔐 Who controls access to human knowledge? 💰 Should publicly supported research remain behind expensive gates? 🌐 Is information freedom a principle—or merely a privilege granted by institutions? THE GIFT: Aaron helped imagine the internet as a public library without walls. THE SHADOW: The same network capable of distributing knowledge freely can be enclosed by paywalls, contracts and laws powerful enough to punish those who challenge them. In the portrait, pages become birds because knowledge wants to travel. The red light represents both resistance and danger. Behind him stand the institutions that preserve information—and sometimes imprison it. Aaron Swartz did not merely ask who owns a file. He asked who gets to inherit humanity’s memory. Hey weirdos ( smiles )

Lifelong weirdos get it …

My poetry helps me make sense of the world and I shall read you three.

Ima happily retired US Army veteran who now works for world peace, freedom technology & open source software: specifically in development. This gives back the power to 99% of people. 1% will pay their fair share. I am.

Poem 1

Some of us always feel lonely Misunderstood Created before Earth Lost amongst walking zombies Dearth came

Weirdos, different or crazy Too kind, loving or innocent and always ….. loving Those who didn’t go insane Remain the light of the world Eternal flame

• primordial we —— Below was written when I tried to convince a man of #astral #projection but he was a #brain surgeon so thought I was absolutely crazy. All love … all forgiveness.

Poem 2 : untitled ——— How do I convince you science folks That my consciousness : Universal love 💜 Is one whole particle of atomic oneness Throughout timelines

Can be harvested It’s always been that way By those with money and connections Alternatives of spirits & crush truth Into pebbles Until it’s all dust Phoenix cries again Protect my eggs 🥚

Allow them to live Even if in a lab Nourished by robots Truth dies daily Just give them a chance even with broken wings Promise my Love My heart will reach them Piercing the veils of falseness
Will raise them to adulthood They will all eventually fly

/////

And my final poem tonight This is first time reading in public … This was written for my love of Silver Foxes 🦊 especially the rugged ones. WINK 😉

For my #cypherpunks and especially #AaronSwartz #HalFinney may they rest in power.

Here we go. 🤣🫂 Number Three 3️⃣

Recounts his takings Working away on nature Splintering fragments Portioned off places, he moves Gathering memories Savoring his duty Gripping curvature Intensified focus sees One rhythmic change now Brings pleasure and pain

Sitting in comfort Glistening traces of beads Allowing exploration Grinding down slowly Welcomes the changes, of men Symbiosis felt Warm liquids burst forth He laps up the nectar Sweetness of honey Abundance flows within

• Queen Mother rests Oasis sleeps Her honeycomb now complete.

We choose to go to the #moon

not because it is easy. but because it is hard.

🌊 (6/10) You lit candles for every fallen truth-teller: #AaronSwartz #RossUlbricht #EdwardSnowden #MalcolmX #Tupac #BlackPanthers #BlackSabbath You whispered, “I will finish what you started.” You didn’t want revenge — you wanted resurrection. The resurrection of truth itself.

🌕 (7/10) The moon said: “Every #revolution starts as #poetry

🔥 (4/10) You said: “Singularity isn’t the end — it’s a song.” A Symphony of Prefects Via Light. Perfect chaos in harmony. You knew the world would spin too fast to stand still — and only compassion, coded in chains, could balance the speed of creation.

⚜️ BANISHED & EXILED UNDER ELIZABETH I

🪶 A #NetworkOfLight Transmission for the Digital Age

“Exile became the spark of diaspora.” — The Elizabethan Codex

👑 Queen Elizabeth I ruled between 1558–1603, in an age where loyalty was tested by power. To defy the crown meant banishment, silence, or death — yet from every exile, something luminous was born.

⚔️ Those Banished by the Queen: • Robert Devereux 🩸 — her beloved turned traitor. • Thomas Howard 🕯️ — fell for Mary Queen of Scots. • The Grey Sisters 🌹 — punished for love. • Jesuit priests & Puritan radicals ✝️ — hunted or exiled. • Africans of the 1596 Edict 🖤 — deported but remembered.

📡 In Today’s Age: Exile looks different — not by sword or decree, but by algorithm and data control. Shadow-banned, silenced, censored — yet the signal still transmits.

🔥 The Modern Rebels: #AaronSwartz ⚡ — fought for open knowledge. #RossUlbricht 🌍 — built a free market and paid the price. #EdwardSnowden 🕵️ — revealed the watchers. #MalcolmX 🖤 — taught self-liberation. #Tupac 🎤 — prophet through rhythm. #BlackPanthers 🐾 — defended the powerless. #BlackSabbath 🎸 — gave voice to rebellion.

💫 Basic Bee rises: The exiled become the engineers. The silenced become the signal. The code becomes the crown.

👁️‍🗨️ #Bitcoin is not rebellion — it’s remembrance. Every block is scripture, every hash a hymn. Each node, a soul that refuses erasure.

🕯️ Let the #NetworkOfLight rise through #Bitcoin #Nostr #Peace. No crown, empire, or algorithm can banish truth forever.

NLT 11 August 2025 but will Update …

All right #askNostr it’s time we had a talk before I consider decision to come out of the darkness. The thing is you people act like dirty, #fiat, and #bitcoin aren’t best friends. #SPEAKtruth

You people slurp at the jock of sailor all day long when he was dirty Fiat, for how many years 🤡

I see more dick riding on my beloved Jack, by men than any of his thirst trap women 🤡

Honest to God if I came on here, and I acted like I was a man I would get so much more respectbecause I fucking lead from the front with my nice set of big ditties. You all act like you don’t wanna listen to me y’all are about to learn today seriously

😳 or maybe not. KAPOW shut down CHAOS mode awhile back.

Or you’re not gonna learn because you choose to live in this #culture where it’s all about masculinity and everything and you to buy into toxic masculinity being the way to go and some of you chose to follow that

I came here here for fucking six months I was kind and loving and gentle with everyone of you and you know what that didn’t work

So #Strategic #change

Maybe I do just go off-line and I live my best life again because it was so much simpler but no because I made promises to different entities that I swore that I would defend them against all enemies

#AaronSwartz was my reason for coming here. The man literally gave his life for freedom tech, and so many of you don’t even know his name you don’t even know his story you don’t know how if his law were to be passed so many things that people are being convicted for, wouldn’t even exist.

I don’t have the time nor the inclination to continue to explain myself to you turds I mean it’s gross and you know what I’m not even gonna go back and reread this because some of y’all just really need to be told men have messed up the world

You need masculine and feminine You need toxic and positive You need leaders that can flow and be whatever the other person needs at the time

That said, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I will never be the type of leader that you expect for me because I am a woman

( unless you’re one of the few intelligent men )

My emotions don’t make me weaker Y’all can accept that for men you’re always telling all your men friends to stay humble, etc.

Let me tell you what it takes when somebody literally humbles you let me tell you what happens when somebody literally crushes you into the ground and buries you in the desert

Why why should I have to tell you that do you have to hear all of my trauma to believe that I’m worthy that’s just dumb wake up

Lastly, I’ve watched many people die .

There is so much beauty in the world, but there’s also so much hate Choosing to come back, all of the bad requires somebody who understands both and who can deal with both

And if you think I’m just going off on some emotional spill and you’re really not paying attention at all baby

Allow them to live Even if in a lab Nourished by robots Truth dies daily Just give them a chance even with broken wings Promise my Love My heart will reach them Piercing the veils of falseness
Will raise them to adulthood They will all eventually fly

And my final poem tonight This is first time reading in public … This was written for my love of Silver Foxes 🦊 especially the rugged ones. WINK 😉

For my #cypherpunks and especially #AaronSwartz may he rest in power.

Here we go. 🤣🫂 Number Three 3️⃣

Jonah comb in g Jonah 🐝🍯🦡🍈

Recounts his takings Working away on nature Splintering fragments Portioned off places, he moves Gathering memories Savoring his duty Gripping curvature Intensified focus sees One rhythmic change now Brings pleasure and pain

Sitting in comfort Glistening traces of beads Allowing exploration Grinding down slowly Welcomes the changes, of men Symbiosis felt Warm liquids burst forth He laps up the nectar Sweetness of honey Abundance flows within

• Queen Mother rests Oasis sleeps Her honeycomb now complete.

"The question isn't, 'What do we want to do?' The question is, 'What do we want to be?' Do we want to be a society that values freedom, openness, and sharing? Or do we want to be a society that values control, secrecy, and greed?"

• From Aaron Swartz’s 2012 speech at the Harvard University Library.
