For desktop #Linux 🐧 to stay relevant over the long haul it needs to be able to run Android apps natively, seamlessly, with flawless UX, and by default.

Note I have been running Fedora Silverblue, an atomic #Linux distro, for years now and am quite fluent.
Jumping directly to Secureblue will probably be quite difficult if you have never used Linux or Silverblue.
Early days for secure Linux, but the advent of atomic distros which contain the architecture needed to catch up to mobile OSes like iOS/Android/#GrapheneOS are finally stabilized enough to allow Secureblue to emerge.

The reason I migrated to an atomic #Linux distro, in my case Fedora Silverblue, is that it's impossible to brick.
By (A) pushing all user applications into containers and then (B) running OS updates atomically in a transaction, a working state of your #Linux machine can be maintained no matter what crazy things you experiment with.
PopOS is legacyware, as are most distros.

what's your view on the direction of atomic #Linux distros, like #Fedora Silverblue, where the root OS is sealed in an immutable boot image that is only updated via atomic transactions, and all user space is pushed into containers via Flatpak and toolbx?
