Nostr Compass, 10/1/2026
Nostr Compass 1.4.0 for Android adds a vertical section timeline and a newsletter scroll indicator. The compact recording bar follows the section you are reading. Pause and resume the same take; only captured audio reaches the saved recording. Use Review to edit or Send directly. Amber approval may still be required.

Nostr Compass 1.3.0 for Android puts the full newsletter on the Podcast screen, with swipeable voice-note rows after each section. Search for a story, listen with seeking and speed controls, then record there or reply to a note. Visitors can read and listen; recording requires contributor access and Amber.

Nostr Compass 1.1.1 for Android
A corrected launcher icon and a more compact voice-note interface.
Nostr Compass 1.1.1 fixes the launcher icon and tightens the AMOLED interface. Episodes and Voice notes have separate views and saved scroll positions; reply, playback, and recording options fit together in compact controls. Your account and local library carry over.
Nostr Compass 1.1 brings full newsletters, podcast playback, 110 offline topic guides, and local search into an AMOLED black Android app. Voice notes now show saving progress and open for review after Stop. The app keeps a local copy, with interrupted-take recovery and upload retry.
Update on Zapstore. Android source.
