I am still working on the path that people should know about it. Every time they pass by, whether by chance or intentionally, the story of the system and Bitcoin is still being told. From a small point, many people may think that this is difficult and that this will be the last work of my life. But no, there are more important things waiting. #siamstr #HPP #Huaiphuengproject #nostr #v4v #p2p #lightning #zap #localthailand #huaiphueng #kalasin #thailand #bitcoin #plebchain #runningbitcoin #ecosystem #bitcoinhub #bitcoinasia #nostrasia #bitcoincity
A small step towards spreading Bitcoin to the community, when the red-shirted boy found out that two other children who regularly come to play at my shop use Bitcoin to buy things in Huai Phueng yesterday, he came with his parents. I explained and answered her questions, and also gave them both Bitcoin as gifts after they had their Lightning wallet.

Good job, I have a small quest reward for these two to do, there are actually a lot of them, from easy to difficult, daily quests, weekly quests, SAT rewards. Although I haven't started the game yet, today I asked them what they did today. They replied that they taught their sister to open a Bitkub account and start saving Bitcoin. Although there is no picture to prove it, I am happy to give them a small reward.

These kids know that Bitcoin can be used to buy things and can be exchanged for Thai Baht. I want them to learn English, but I don’t have enough time to teach them myself. So, the Duolingo app is the answer.
I offer small Bitcoin rewards if they can complete each lesson. There are no restrictions on using hints or any other tools—any method is allowed. It’s up to them to figure it out, but a reward is waiting.

Marli is from the Netherlands. This is her first time traveling to Thailand. She started her journey in Chiang Mai, and for whatever reason, she decided to fly from Chiang Mai to Khon Kaen and hire a taxi to come talk to me in Huai Phueng. I thought it was absolutely crazy. But after reflecting on it, I realized that what I’m doing is just as crazy—because very few people would do it. Part of it was her decision, and undeniably, Bitcoin was what brought us together and gave us the chance to talk.

Huai Phueng District doesn’t have a designated waiting area for public transportation. So, I thought it would be great to make use of the space in front of my house for public benefit—providing some shade for passengers. The support structure will be designed for quick assembly and easy removal.
Costs: • Support structure: 2,321 THB (70,568 sat) • Labor costs: 1,600 THB (48,646 sat) • Shade netting and ropes: (Price not remembered)
If any friends, siblings, uncles, aunts, or community members would like to contribute to this project, feel free to reach out!

Land, gold, and Bitcoin share similar characteristics: they are limited in quantity, difficult to produce, and remain unchanged over time.
This was conveyed to Mr. District Officer of Huai Phueng, someone who plans to diversify investment risks and save for his family’s future. Upon noticing a sticker that read “Bitcoin Accepted Here” at Yupin Pharmacy, he immediately called me, as recommended by the pharmacy owner.
I explained that I own land, gold, and government savings—all of which require significant funds to acquire. However, with Bitcoin, I can save as little as 1 baht at a time. This makes it an appealing option. Additionally, this experience allows me to learn about saving in a way that I can explain to my child when they grow up.
Furthermore, he has begun learning about Bitcoin, anticipating that one day it might be utilized in his government duties, as his work directly involves interacting with the local community. P.S. He DCA every prize

Bom, a young paleontologist who had previously visited Sunya for coffee, though I’d never had the chance to discuss Bitcoin with him before. Instead, our conversations often leaned more towards health topics. This time, Bom dropped by again, bringing a gift: a game set for the kids to play. I never thought he would be familiar with Bitcoin, but he shared that he regularly listens to Ajarn Tum. Upon joining Nostr, he stumbled upon the project I’m working on.
This morning, we briefly talked about the project, and Bom mentioned an idea: “I could run a paleontology tour at Huai Phueng.” I replied, “Why not? Anything can become a product or service. Our primary capital is our skills.” Currently, Bom is also offering custom-made perfumes tailored to individuals. For instance, he recently crafted a winter-inspired scent with the aroma of Indian milkweed flowers for Hia Moo, taking about two weeks to cure.
I’m grateful to Bom for dropping by and chatting. It’s great to see more people in the area understanding Bitcoin. #siamstr #HPP #Huaiphuengproject #nostr #v4v #p2p #lightning #zap #localthailand #huaiphueng #kalasin #thailand #bitcoin #plebchain #runningbitcoin #ecosystem #wherostr #bitcoinhub #bitcoinasia #nostrasia #bitcoincity

On the way back after dropping P’Phong off at the airport, Mo accompanied me in the car. I shared many stories about this community with her—the place we all refer to as a source of “value.” You see, value doesn’t have to be something grand. Mo, do you know that just by bringing the things you love to work on in this space, you’ve already added value to it? From the beginning, I never intended for this place to be just a coffee shop.
In Mo’s mind, countless art project ideas flowed during our conversation on the way back from the airport. Funding is one challenge, but the real barrier for Mo—something she often tells me whenever I suggest she put herself out there—is her lack of confidence. This is a hurdle she must overcome herself. But don’t worry, this community will always be here as a safe space and a source of encouragement for her.
Tomorrow, Mo mentioned that she plans to explore this field of opportunities and learn more about the journey ahead. Let’s all send her our support!
P.S. The painting Mo holds is her very first watercolor artwork created at Sunya-, and she gave it to me to display in the shop. However, I would love for her to have the resources to continue creating the art she loves. With her permission, I’m putting this watercolor painting up for auction. The auction will close when Mo arrives at Nostr (Note #1). Thank you!

GN volunteers as a night guard at Huai Phueng fresh market. He’s contemplating finding a new buddy because Puma (pictured), who’s already 10 years old, might be better suited to just guarding the house as usual.
While searching, he came across a page that facilitates the adoption of dogs who didn’t make the cut at military dog training centers. From inquiries, he learned that the dogs are quite aggressive (which is the main reason why they’re not often bid on), but this comes with the advantage of not needing to train them himself. Additionally, these are specific breeds. The “dowry” for each dog is 13,000 baht, with an extra 200 baht per day if they’re kept at the training center.
He has a lot to consider, including the fact that once the dog is brought home, there won’t be anyone to take care of it if he needs to go elsewhere. There’s also the risk of unforeseen incidents. Even if he decides to adopt, he would still need to meet the dog first to see if they “spark joy” together. The distance from Kalasin to Pak Chong is quite a journey in itself.
A generous elder, the owner of a cassava yard in Pattaya, told me, “Mick, if you go to adopt the dog, I’ll cover half the cost.” Let me think about it first, brother, whether it really has to be one of these two dogs.

The issue of vendors in the fresh market doesn’t directly concern me. However, since they invited me to the meeting, I wanted to hear what they were discussing. There is ambiguity, a lack of transparency, incidents of theft late at night, and yes, during the local government’s operations, I volunteered to act as a security guard from 9 PM to midnight. How the market’s executive committee manages things, who oversees what, I have no idea. Then there’s the matter of leasing market stalls, which adds to the vendors’ costs. This is an issue that needs continued monitoring. If they had ensured transparency from the beginning, this wouldn’t be a problem. But they didn’t. P.S. There’s a new mayor. Perhaps they’ll need to announce a call for volunteers from the community and find suitable incentives for those willing to help.

Then came a twist: the newcomers tried to negotiate, saying, “Can I not download the wallet? Just have a representative receive the payment and buy us smoothies instead.”
