You could fly in from wherever and then it's only a couple of hours drive from Heathrow and 90mins Gatwick. x #RamsgateFestivalOfSound #Electronica #Dub #FunnyNoises

I know it's unlikely many people here could reach an arts festival in the South East of England next month but just in case...

I have work in the Ramsgate Festival Of Sound this year, which is an audio/visual piece approx 15 mins long in the crypt of St. George's Church in the centre of the town. Essentially it's...

“The geometry of Ramsgate under a microscope, dubbed up and spaced out under the watchful eye of mathematician/philosopher Alfred North Whitehead (born in Ramsgate, 1861).

INPC creates unnerving textures with drum machines pulsing alongside local seagulls, reverberation and heavy bass, cut and paste to create an unsettling yet hypnotic atmosphere. Process and Reality sees Ramsgate in a state of tension, magnified and distorted, rendered in vivid colour: the beautiful becomes the absurd, encapsulated in a sea of paranoid noise.”

More info here and if you're a Nostr friend, hit me up if you want to come to the preview on the Thursday night.

Can I fit a fairly large TV on top of my live rig in a tiny shed that's already crammed full of gear?

Find out at 13:00 UTC as NHAMFest continues at https://stream.mxtthxw.art

This Thursday I'm most happy to say I'm taking part in the glorious NHAM FEST 26 with some new music and fresh versions, dubbed up live using a bunch of gismos.

Date 27/08/26 - Start time 13:00 UTC

Expect seagulls, drones, electronica, breaks, dubbing and funny noises organised in a manner my ear finds pleasing and, providing I can fit my TV in here, will have cool new visuals!

Also, be sure to check the schedule for other wicked Fedi noise botherers!

Been pleasantly surprised with the Warm ring mod, feels well built and sounds wicked so got a phasor to keep it company.

OK it's not a Mutron Bi-Phase which would be my preferred option for the authentic Lee Perry vibe but hey, it's got the same optical circuit...

Anyone fancy lending me £4k to get the Mutron? #MusicProduction #FunnyNoises https://mibo.nostria.app/610ecb8fbe3c4760cec7a8f81542010785fb16124bbe5992a56b0eae5f274ac9.jpeg

Hosting a little live stream this coming Sunday for my new ep - Comic Capers, which I'll be dubbing the funny noises live from my shed at 19:00 UTC, the EP will be out the next day on Mirlo/Bandwagon/Bandcamp/RSS/Podcasting2.0
