The last few days have been a bit rough—non-stop coughing, the flu, and that deep body ache that makes you want to stay under the covers. Not feeling 100% fit at all.

But the "Nuts and Bolts" of discipline don't stop for a fever. I’m heading out now to get my Proof of Walk and a light gym session. I might not be at full power, but keeping the schedule intact is half the battle. 🧱🍊

Walking to the gym to clear the lungs and keep the streak alive on the app. Stay consistent, even when the body tries to protest.

Walked to the gym to get the blood pumping and just finished a solid session. Discipline doesn't take a day off, and neither does the mission to build a better financial future.

I've clocked my steps to get here, and now the gym app is showing the real effort. Every rep is a step closer to a sharper mind—the kind needed to tackle the "Nuts and Bolts" of the L3 revolution. 🧱🍊

It’s a fresh morning here in the Netherlands, and I’m heading back to the office with maximum energy.

Who else is hitting their goals today? Let's stack those sats and those gains! 💪⚡️

Just got back from the morning session. The round trip to the gym clocked in at 4,099 steps (2.26km), plus a high-intensity training session to wake up the system.

It is still early here in the Netherlands, but the blood is pumping and the energy levels are locked in. There is no better way to clear the mental fog before diving into complex regulatory frameworks and eCash architecture. 🧱🍊

When you start the day with physical discipline, the intellectual heavy lifting feels light. I’m fueled up and ready to hit the desk for the

and

launches today.

How are you starting your Monday? Are you stacking steps, stacking weights or stacking sats (or all of the above) yet?
