The last few days have been a bit rough—non-stop coughing, the flu, and that deep body ache that makes you want to stay under the covers. Not feeling 100% fit at all.
But the "Nuts and Bolts" of discipline don't stop for a fever. I’m heading out now to get my Proof of Walk and a light gym session. I might not be at full power, but keeping the schedule intact is half the battle. 🧱🍊
Walking to the gym to clear the lungs and keep the streak alive on the app. Stay consistent, even when the body tries to protest.
