Today I am started a 7days intense colon cleanse protocol.
1st thing on the morning I make this upper intestinal soother and mover tea. This is what is in it :
COLON CLEANSE – FORMULA #1 Upper Intestinal Soother and Mover
This thoughtfully crafted herbal tea blend is designed to gently support upper intestinal health, soften impaction, reduce inflammation, and encourage natural bowel movements.
Slippery Elm Bark and Marshmallow Root create a soothing, protective coating for irritated mucous membranes, calming inflammation and easing discomfort. Turkey Rhubarb offers gentle laxative benefits, while Triphala, a renowned Ayurvedic blend, supports detoxification and regularity. Psyllium Husk provides essential fiber to soften stool and aid in clearing impaction, complemented by Aloe Vera for hydration and additional laxative support. White Oak Bark tones and strengthens the gut lining, while Hibiscus cools inflammation with its antioxidant-rich properties. Chlorella assists in detoxification by binding toxins and metals, promoting gut flora balance. Finally, Peppermint, Curcumin, and Fennel work synergistically to soothe cramping, reduce gas, and promote smooth digestion, making this formula ideal for gentle intestinal relief and renewal.
Directions: Heat 1/2 Tbsp of tea in 12 ozs of water on Medium Heat (do not boil) for at least 30 mins. For stronger brew (Ayurvedic Infusion), heat on Low-Medium for 1–3 hours. Drink throughout the day until complete
