« When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself: the people I deal with today will be meddling, ungrateful, arrogant, dishonest, jealous and surly. They are like this because they can't tell good from evil. But I have seen the beauty of good, and the ugliness of evil, and have recognized that the wrongdoer has a nature related to my own - not of the same blood and birth, but the same mind, and possessing a share of the divine. And so none of them can hurt me. No one can implicate me in ugliness. Nor can I feel angry at my relative, or hate him. We were born to work together like feet, hands and eyes, like the two rows of teeth, upper and lower. To obstruct each other is unnatural. To feel anger at someone, to turn your back on him: these are unnatural. » Marcus Aurelius

I am buying our first horse in December 🥹 baby will be born sometimes in December if god allows

I train western rodeo barrels style since a while now and my daughter is riding since she is 18mo. It will be hers to grow up with.

I had to take half of a serving the last days because my body was just in cleansing loco mode - pero bueno.

Also since then my daughter is doing 1.5-2hours nap and 11hours at night 🤌

She is in fact still asleep and this is a 11.5hours night as I am writing this lol

Sooo the colon cleanse 🤯

Small cleanse just 7 days, big shift. 3 enemas - 1 colonic. Herbs, probiotics, magnesium, charcoal. Energy up. Brain fog gone. Feeling alive again, and learning all about the gut-brain connection.

My greatest fulfillment is being home with my daughter. Days fly by so fast. I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The world tells us to chase success, but culture is fading because families are breaking apart. Nothing matters more than being present with your children.

She is my success.

This was my dinner from the colon cleanse protocol I am following: (It’s delicious !)

Here is my breakfast :

•	2 cups warm (not hot) filtered water
•	Juice from one (1) fresh lemon/lime
•	1 small pea-sized amount of shilajit resin (or ¼ tsp shilajit powder)
•	⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice tolerance)
•	1/4 cup of getLIGHT Liquid Probiotic

Today I am started a 7days intense colon cleanse protocol.

1st thing on the morning I make this upper intestinal soother and mover tea. This is what is in it :

COLON CLEANSE – FORMULA #1 Upper Intestinal Soother and Mover

This thoughtfully crafted herbal tea blend is designed to gently support upper intestinal health, soften impaction, reduce inflammation, and encourage natural bowel movements.

Slippery Elm Bark and Marshmallow Root create a soothing, protective coating for irritated mucous membranes, calming inflammation and easing discomfort. Turkey Rhubarb offers gentle laxative benefits, while Triphala, a renowned Ayurvedic blend, supports detoxification and regularity. Psyllium Husk provides essential fiber to soften stool and aid in clearing impaction, complemented by Aloe Vera for hydration and additional laxative support. White Oak Bark tones and strengthens the gut lining, while Hibiscus cools inflammation with its antioxidant-rich properties. Chlorella assists in detoxification by binding toxins and metals, promoting gut flora balance. Finally, Peppermint, Curcumin, and Fennel work synergistically to soothe cramping, reduce gas, and promote smooth digestion, making this formula ideal for gentle intestinal relief and renewal.

Directions: Heat 1/2 Tbsp of tea in 12 ozs of water on Medium Heat (do not boil) for at least 30 mins. For stronger brew (Ayurvedic Infusion), heat on Low-Medium for 1–3 hours. Drink throughout the day until complete

Being a mom is truly THE best

When your toddler sleep 11hours at night in their room, LFG 🤙

This young 15yo mother dreams of a home for her daughter genesis, a dog and a baby nursery 🧡

Today we talked about dreams, and told the young mamas that no matter their past of abuse, trafficking, or abandonment, they can build the life they imagine. With the right tools, support, and a plan, their story doesn’t have to end in pain; it can begin in purpose.

Their dreams are simple but powerful: most dream of a safe home with their children, land to call their own, one becoming a veterinarian, one an English teacher; or just living in peace.

This is our mission: to walk beside them and offer what we can, step by step, so that every child and young mother rescued can pursue a life of dignity, freedom, and hope.

Our focus is holistic empowerment: – Financial literacy through Bitcoin education – Life and goal planning with visualization, meditation, and budgeting – Entrepreneurship and career guidance – Natural health practices through yoga and mindful living

We’re here to equip these young women with the tools they need to heal, grow, and build a future they truly choose.

It takes a village and we are building it.

We’ve set up the first ColdCard

wallet for both the Mamas and Babies shelter and Mi Casa Kids homes—two safe havens for vulnerable women and children in El Salvador.

The House of Life, founded by

, is a refuge where young mothers—many of whom are survivors of child trafficking, abuse, or rape—can find safety, support, and the strength to raise their babies. It’s a place of healing, empowerment, and hope.

has introduced Bitcoin education at the shelter, enabling the mothers and children to begin learning how to manage their finances and work toward financial independence. By the time they reach adulthood, they’ll be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their goals and build a secure future.

We’re planning more educational workshops to help these mothers and children realize their dreams, shape their own paths, and create a brighter, self-directed future.

ALL ZAPS GOING INTO THAT COLD CARD 🫡

Okay, I’ll even restate that: one doesn’t even have to convert all their wealth to Bitcoin. We’d still see the same phenomenon : people wanting that freedom, yet unwilling to spend just 10 minutes a day reading about it and educating themselves. It’s strange, isn’t it?

Everybody craves full freedom until the opportunity to buy #Bitcoin and convert most, if not all, of their fiat currency comes along. Then, the fear sets in, and suddenly, they hesitate. They question whether they truly want that freedom—because with it comes full responsibility for their lives.

We shot this back in 2020 because there was no way I was staying inside. We packed up the car and drove across France for 5 days.

It brings back all the feelings of creating and sharing the things I love—travel, yoga, music, nature, a non-toxic lifestyle, and videography.

Consider this your reminder to get out there and create beauty. Life is long if you know how to make the most of it, and it’s beautiful if you know how to see it. Both beauty and life are sacred. Be free.

I just made some tea with dried avocado leaves, and it offers a variety of benefits, especially for pregnant women.

To prepare it, rinse the leaves thoroughly, bring water to a boil, then break the leaves into the boiling water and turn off the heat. Let it steep for 20-30 minutes.

Avocado leaf tea is known for several health benefits, such as: 1. Promoting relaxation – It can help reduce stress and anxiety, making it a calming option for pregnant women. 2. Supporting digestion – It can ease digestive issues like bloating or indigestion. 3. Reducing swelling – It has anti-inflammatory properties that may help with swelling, which is common during pregnancy. 4. Cleansing the liver and blood – It can support detoxification by helping to cleanse the liver and improve blood circulation.

GM. Normalize starting some days with a powerful ritual—rise early, step into the Temazcal at 7am, and emerge by 9am transformed. Let the heat cleanse your body, the steam purify your mind, and by the time the world awakens, you’ll be centered, renewed, and ready to conquer anything that comes your way.

Self custody your birth GN

I wonder why some women are shameful to poop during birth

It is entirely natural and, in fact, a clear indication that baby is arriving.

It all comes down to reclaiming control over ourselves—our bodies, our minds. Just as we reclaim responsibility for our wealth by being financially literate, understanding what money truly is, and recognizing why Bitcoin is so important, we must put in the work to educate ourselves.

The same applies to birth—don’t give up your power and responsibility to doctors. Truth and the unknown can be scary, but face that fear head-on and take sovereignty over everything in your life.

I firmly believe it is crucial to reclaim the importance of having our babies at home—it’s safer than in a hospital. Starting a Traditional Midwifery course today 🥹
