:GM: 💜, I am so happy with the result of my new raw, vegan apple cake. The apple tree in our garden provides me with an incredible number of apples. No one else touches them!!! This is truly strange!!!???!!! How can humanity just ignore nature’s abundance like that??? ... So, for now, I’m making apple chips, apple fruit leather, and apple pie. All raw of course.
Happy apple day apple-day

Just made and ate a delicious raw vegan apple pie 🤩 What a feast...
Made from oat pulp (from homemade oat milk), ground almonds, a little coconut blossom sugar, apples from the garden, and cinnamon, plus a pinch of vanilla and Himalayan salt. Dried in the dehydrator for around 3 hours below 42°C... and enjoyed it with a little maple syrup drizzled over it.👌
