PyBLØCK

Laguz Umbrel 0.1.8 is out

• First start on a node that is still syncing: Laguz now waits for your node to reach block 961640 (the first BLAKE2b block) and tells you how far it is, instead of failing with "no route to host". • Lightning node updated to lnd 0.21.4-beta-blake2b.21.

PATUM Plumb Umbrel 29.4.2.knots20260508.plumb7 is out

• Plumb 7 (v29.4.2.knots20260508.plumb7), built by PyBLOCK from the signed tag: -rejectfakeoutputs no longer counts change back to an address the transaction spends from (knots#389 as of 2026-10-13). • This app keeps OP_RETURN data off (-datacarrier=0), so the new 42-byte -datacarriersize default does not change it. • Plumb 6 stays available in the app settings.

Laguz Umbrel 0.1.7 is out

• Fixes 0.1.6: Laguz is tied to PATUM Node again, so existing installs keep their node after the update. • To run it on PATUM Plumb instead, install PATUM Plumb first and pick it when installing Laguz.

PATUM Plumb Umbrel 29.4.2.knots20260508.plumb6-1 is out

• Fixes the first start: the node could not create its data folder (EACCES on /data/bitcoin) and kept restarting. • Update, or reinstall if it never started.

Laguz Umbrel 0.1.4 is out

• Fixes installs that ended up on the LDK backend (it does not work on XBT): Laguz now always runs its lnd node. • If yours was on LDK, Laguz creates a new lnd wallet on update — write down the 24 words from Settings → Backup. • The old LDK data is not deleted.

Laguz Umbrel 0.1.3 is out

• Restore Laguz from your 24-word recovery phrase (Advanced setup), optionally with your channel backup file. • Laguz now only offers its lnd backend, and links that pointed to Alby now point to Laguz pages.

PATUM Node Umbrel 1.0.2 is out

• PyBLOCK Crew Patum Node 1.0.2. • Fixes Lightning on this node: Laguz channels stuck in "pending open" and on-chain sends that never left. • The node now reports its version in the standard format that Lightning (LND) expects. • After updating, restart Laguz once so it publishes the pending channel funding transactions.
