- Disable Face ID / Touch ID.
- Use Brave as your main browser.
- Install Little Snitch or LuLu to control what apps connect to the internet.
- Turn on FileVault for full disk encryption.
- Disable Siri, Apple Intelligence, and most iCloud features.
- Block Apple's analytics and telemetry domains.
- Review and tighten all Privacy & Security permissions.
- Enable Lockdown Mode.
- Use a no-logs VPN like Mullvad or Proton.
- Run day-to-day in a standard user account, not admin.
- Keep your Mac updated and stick to notarized apps (verified by Apple).
