Eat nutrient-dense foods, and you'll have the energy and mental fortitude to automate the things that free up the time and energy to allow you access more nutrient-dense foods.
The opposite is also very true and results in a downward spiral of energy, health and time. This is how most people live today.

Just finished the most delicious steak I've ever had. Why was it so good? Because I cared for the steer that it came from, I was there during processing, I was there during butchering, and I cooked it with the utmost of care.
Why no photo?
Coz GFY.
