4. Eliminate highest levers of tyranny: inflation, vaccination, public schools, gov handouts, surveillance, big tech, city living, blue state, legacy social media, etc, etc, etc.

By being as expensive to tyranny as possible, you'll have the maximum amount of time and options relative to the masses, which should result in making the least destructive decisions possible without compromising values.
