Submission by Camille Airvault:
“Everything remains” is an on-going project about the ever-lasting feelings of grief, absence and longing. Loss being part of everyone’s life, and myself being confronted with multiple forms of endings recently - death, endings of important relationships, having to say goodbye to the place where I used to live, I needed to express through my work how impactful and heartbreaking these events can be to one’s life and psyche.
Although dealing with extremely heavy and dark feelings, “Everything remains” is also about the journey to find beauty in what once was and to accept that it is now gone, in order to make room for something even more beautiful. As grieving can be such a lonely experience, all of the subjects in this project are isolated, either surrounded by darkness or alone in vast surroundings which seem to be devoid of any form of life. But darkness is never total or all-consuming, because in the end, -- there is a light that never goes out, and that’s what this project is about at its core.
To find hope and beauty in heart-shattering experiences - to find again that light we thought would be gone forever.

Submission by Michael Kunzinger:
I look for images in reflections on the water's surface. Although the dreamlike designs are reminiscent of abstract paintings, they are entirely real, created by a combination of the angle of light, water texture, and other natural factors. No oils or digital touch-ups are used; the process begins and ends with the art created around us by nature.
The works explore water's potential as an artistic medium, as well as conversations surrounding how we perceive the ordinary in the world around us, and what constitutes something realistic versus the abstract. If the viewer sees the image on its own, it is abstract and non-representational; when viewed in light of how it is made, it becomes documentary, challenging the divide between the two. The difference lies in how we see.

Submission by Etienne PERRONE:
As a child, I fell asleep inventing worlds. On a train, in a waiting room, during long evenings of boredom, my mind drifted toward lives that did not exist. I never really stopped.
There is a kind of frustration in me, tied to how intense a life could be — the feeling of often living at the edge of something. Traveling alone, walking at night through a city whose language I don’t speak, is the surest way I have found to come closer to it.
Out there, the streets empty out, the city falls silent, and tiny things take on an immense presence: the hum of a neon light, an air conditioner, a drop of water, my own footsteps. My attention becomes intensely focused on the outside world, and yet I have never gone so far inside myself.
I am drawn to a less obvious kind of beauty. I stop in front of the places everyone walks past: a back alley, a parking lot, a doorway left lit behind a closed shop. It is there, between banality and strangeness, that something begins to exist. Light shifts perception and, suddenly, the world seems to contain more than itself. These photographs belong to films whose stories have been lost. The characters are absent, yet everything still seems to bear their trace.
That strangeness is everywhere, even in daylight. Night simply makes it easier to see. Each image holds one of those brief moments, almost epiphanies, when ordinary life opens up and feels larger.
I am no longer sure this is simply an artistic practice. It has become a way of living, and a way of looking at the world.

Submission by Artem Kunz:
My photographic work explores memory, identity, and the quiet strangeness of everyday life. I am drawn to ordinary places, fleeting moments, and familiar surroundings that somehow feel distant or unfamiliar.
My photographs exist somewhere between documentation and dream. Rather than telling a specific story, I try to capture moments of stillness, absence, and uncertainty, where something familiar becomes slightly unsettling or difficult to define.
I’m interested in the fragile boundary between reality and memory, presence and disappearance, and the unexpected emotional weight of seemingly insignificant details. I prefer to leave space for ambiguity, allowing viewers to bring their own experiences and interpretations to the images.

Submission by Dimitris Fotiadis:
Daimonos explores a moment in which faith begins to dissolve and something older slowly returns.
Christian symbols appear throughout the series: the cross, the lamb, incense, fire, ritual objects and gestures of sacrifice. Yet these symbols no longer seem completely stable. The cross becomes blurred and distant. The lamb carries both innocence and the possibility of sacrifice. Smoke rises like prayer, but gradually loses its religious certainty. The sacred remains present, though its meaning begins to shift.
Against this fading Christian world emerges an older presence. The human body encounters the classical statue until flesh and marble become almost indistinguishable. Grapes appear upon the body, evoking Dionysus, the ancient Greek god associated with wine, ecstasy, transformation and the dissolution of boundaries. The body is no longer something that must be separated from the spiritual; it becomes sacred itself.
Fire moves through the series as both destruction and rebirth. It consumes the landscape and structures, suggesting that an established order is disappearing while another, more instinctive and ancient force rises from beneath it.
The title refers to the ancient Greek daimon: a presence between the mortal and the divine, long before the word demon acquired its predominantly Christian association with evil. This transformation of meaning lies at the heart of the work.
Daimonos imagines faith not disappearing completely, but changing form. Christianity becomes a fading memory while traces of Dionysus, ritual, desire, nature and the ancient body begin to surface again.
What remains is neither entirely Christian nor pagan, neither sacred nor profane. It is a space between worlds — where an old god seems to awaken beneath the ruins of a newer faith.

Submission by Tyler Lindblom:
These 20 unrelated images exemplify my desire to take subject matter, remove as much context as possible and then hopefully re-shape them into something different. Largely, the photos I take are based on feeling(s) and aesthetic, rather than an inner drive to turn a picture into a thousand words.
That being said though, I also take photos that have a deeper personal meaning, but I have no interest in attaching my thoughts to them because to me, the most important thing about any type of art is what an individual takes away from it, not whether or not they see or agree with the artists interpretation.

Bodies slip behind fabric and paper. Objects split, peel, and disappear into growth. Across the sequence, the photographs move between bodies and the surfaces around them, through moments of hiding, change, and partial visibility, before returning to a single eye looking out through a doorway.

Submission by Alejandro Acevedo:
Espacios ( Spaces) is a very personal series related to two events that turned the quiet practice of photography into an alternative way of life: moving to a city like Havana and being diagnosed with otosclerosis, with no immediate solution. I began to observe the city with the detachment and expectation (or estrangement) of someone who does not belong to it. The gradual loss of my hearing led me into a certain degree of social isolation, and my perception became increasingly dependent on the visual. The photographs emerged from moments of introspection, from long walks through the city, with no other intention than to escape the anxiety that stillness caused me.
Through that exercise, I began to identify certain spaces as possible stages. I sense that something subtle is happening in them, or is about to happen. Then I stop. With my eye fixed on the viewfinder of my camera, I wait. I am interested in allowing the scene to reveal itself on its own; that is why I return to these spaces by day and by night, at different moments, until I find the atmosphere, the right character, the cars, the reflections, the gaze that, without editing, reveal the scene.
Once the work had accumulated, Espacios was born, a series of photographs I have been developing since 2019 in Havana, Cuba.
Ultimately, it is a way of looking at the contours inhabited by waiting, where I perceive the anticipation and uncertainty latent in the images as a muffled sound. I am never entirely sure whether that sound comes from the surroundings, from a decaying city suspended in another time, or from within ourselves.

Submission by Roberto Zeppilli:
Objects, faces, animals, fragments of a familiar landscape that routine had rendered invisible.
My approach is completely instinctive, like a child reacting to the world before learning what things are named. There is no predetermined agenda, only an unscripted curiosity. It often feels as if these scenes pass through me first (felt in the gut before my eyes even register what is there) letting the environment choose when to stop and look.
As if something had altered the rules of reality while I wasn’t looking. And I thought that maybe photography could help me document this crack, also as a way to express my unease in the world. Not to understand, but to remain in listening.
Under the title "Home or anything that can be called so", this selection of twenty images offers a condensed cross-section of that daily practice. A quiet discipline of pacing the same streets, training the eye to catch the anomaly: a passing gesture, a collision of light, a burst of color that refuses to remain ordinary.

Erruin is an ongoing photographic exploration of decay, destruction, absurdism, and the unexpected beauty that can emerge from them. The work is an abstract reflection on the consequences of modern life—the longing, impulsivity, and disorder we leave in our wake. I’m interested in the tension between struggle and acceptance, and in finding moments of beauty within deterioration and disorder. The photographs ask the viewer to look more closely at what we discard, what remains, what is possible, and what we consider beautiful.

Submission by MORGAN ENYERIBE OTAGBURUAGU
This new body of work extends the visual language established in In Bloom (Doyle Wham, 2023) into more explicitly political terrain. Where In Bloom used floral motifs to speak to life, death and renewal at the level of personal and ancestral memory, this series turns that same vocabulary toward a public health crisis: the World Health Organization’s finding that roughly 77 percent of Nigerian women use skin-lightening products, the highest rate recorded anywhere in the world. The series does not illustrate that statistic. It answers it.
Water as rebirth, not concealment. The condensation sheeting the glass in every frame is doing two jobs at once. Formally, it fractures and refracts the subjects, pulling the images toward abstraction and away from straightforward documentary portraiture, in keeping with the tonal, sculptural treatment of dark skin that runs through my practice.
Flowers plucked from the Lagos street, not the studio. The heliconia, hibiscus and roses recurring across the frames are not florist stock, they are gathered from the immediate environment the work is made in, and that sourcing is itself an argument. It insists that the material of renewal, of beauty, of what blooms, is already local, already at hand, already indigenous to Lagos, rather than imported. This runs directly against the logic of the bleaching industry, which is built on imported chemical whitening as an aspirational, foreign standard of beauty. A flower cut from a Lagos roadside held against unaltered dark skin is a compact rebuttal to that entire supply chain.

You can't enter the same river twice explores the concept of impermanence, the futility of becoming and the landscape as an agent of transformation.
An unknowable rhythm unfolds, forms bend, break, emerge, dissolve, neither whole nor undone. Traces persist within the drift: shifting patterns, unfixed entities, hidden layers of impermanence lie beneath.
Nothing holds. Nothing stays. Growth and ruin intertwine, a pulse of becoming and unraveling, between absence and presence, the landscape is in flux. The surface fractures, shifts, unseen forces, all caught in the current, fleeting, surrendering to the flow—panta rhei.
These ideas, rooted in the work of the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, are conveyed through photographic metaphors that explore the moment just before a transformation—the point at which a form is clearly in transition, not yet settled into its new state. The landscapes bear the marks of geological time, which operates on a scale that makes human experience seem fleeting.
Erosion, sedimentation, the collapse of a shoreline into the water, the emergence of a sandbar: processes that occur without witnesses, that have been occurring long before photography existed as a medium to capture them.

Submission by Tianxi Wang:
Along the Tropic of Cancer, the camera tracks a westward route where contemporary life appears as fermentation: overheated, accelerated, and sustained by slow decay.
Crab Claw is a series of photographs made during several road trips along the Tropic of Cancer in China. I traveled westward following this marked yet invisible route, photographing as I moved and letting the road hold my attention long enough for certain thoughts to surface—above all, a persistent weariness toward contemporary life.
From the beginning, I did not intend the project to be documentary or research-based. The Tropic is not treated here as a geographical claim, but as a constraint: a line that is unmistakable on maps and strangely absent in lived reality. It offered a stable structure for a personal inquiry, a way to project my recent experience and the changes around me onto specific places and encounters along the route.
In recent years I have increasingly questioned how contemporary life is organized. It does not always arrive as “crisis.” More often it appears as a low-intensity, long-term condition: everything keeps functioning, order remains intact, yet feelings, relationships, and the sense of the future quietly harden and grow brittle. At the same time, many turns carry an inexplicable randomness—like a throw of dice whose outcome we only begin to justify after it has already landed.
The title Crab Claw grows out of this experience. It names a sustained act of gripping: slowly closing, pausing, and making you aware that you are being held in place. The photographs trace that pressure where it becomes visible—in plantations, smoke and fire, fences and cables, stumps and soil, and in the small, ordinary moments in which people learn to keep going.

There is a moment in the summer afternoon when Italian suburbs cease to be inhabited and turn into paintings.
People disappear behind the shutters, the noise gives way to the cicadas, and color, that specific palette of 1970s residential architecture: pink, yellow, light blue takes control of the space.
L'heure de la sieste explores this suspension through architectural photography: not the people who sleep, but the world waiting for them awake.
I walked through Aprilia Marittima at the exact moment when no one walks through anything.
Two, three o'clock on a July afternoon: the neighborhood was deserted but not abandoned, silent but not dead.
The colors of the facades, so vivid, so deliberately cheerful, felt more alive than ever precisely because no one was looking at them.
It is an absence that does not empty, but reveals: in the hour when bodies withdraw, the traces of their passage remain,a half-closed shutter, a shadow on the sidewalk, color that continues to exist without witnesses.
This project is an attempt to capture that suspended hour: l'heure de la sieste as a state of the world, not just of the people.

Dream Land is a long-term personal project about the relationship between memory and place. Although all the images were made in Sicily, my native island, the series is not intended as a documentary portrait of a territory. Instead, I explore the landscape as an inner space, shaped by memory, distance and imagination.
I began photographing these places while I was still living in Sicily, knowing that I would soon leave. That awareness of an impending departure became part of the work itself. Over time, and from a distance, the island gradually transformed into an interior landscape: a collection of fragments, sensations and images in which the real and the remembered constantly overlap.
Through landscapes, bodies, architecture and traces of human presence, I wanted to capture a suspended sense of time—something between presence and absence, belonging and distance, reality and dream. The photographs are not meant to reconstruct a place as it objectively exists, but to evoke the way a place persists within us after we have left it.
Dream Land is ultimately an exploration of how memory alters the places we belong to, and how those places continue to inhabit us even when we are far away.

AI is not the end of photography.
It is another tool shift - like film, digital, Photoshop, and everything else that once made people nervous before it became part of the language.
Chapter 22 of Proof of Work is about AI as creative leverage. Not AI as replacement. Not AI as shortcut. AI as a way to remove friction from the parts of the process that slow independent creatives down.
AI can help you write, build, organize, research, test ideas, and move faster. It can reduce the distance between the idea and the thing. But it cannot replace the part of photography that actually matters.
It cannot stand in the world for you. It cannot feel the light. It cannot recognize the strange human moment happening at the edge of the frame. It cannot know what belongs in the edit and what should disappear.
Proof of Work is a 30-chapter ebook plus appendix for photographers and independent creatives. Every chapter includes audio. It moves through seeing, editing, attention, time, value, creative discipline, AI, tools, and the invisible work behind images that last.
It is about more than taking better photographs.
It is about becoming more intentional with what you notice, what you keep, what you build, and what your work is actually proof of.
It is for photographers who care about more than output.
It is for people trying to build a practice with evidence behind it.
Access the book on our website, and unlock each chapter by paing in Lightning.

This series looks at the strange beauty of ordinary American places like bedrooms, backyards, motels, gas stations, aging houses, discarded objects, and the spaces in between. Moving between harsh daylight, artificial light, and darkness, the photographs turn familiar scenes into something slightly unreal. The work is less about documenting specific places than the feeling they leave behind: nostalgia, isolation, comfort, decay, and the sense that something has just happened or is about to. It’s a portrait of everyday life as an imperfect memory , colorful, quiet, and a little haunted

The Edge is an ongoing black-and-white photographic series exploring moments that exist at the edges of our attention. I photograph ordinary encounters between people, landscapes, light and everyday environments, focusing on scenes that might otherwise disappear unnoticed.
The work is shaped by observation rather than intervention. Distance, movement, reflections, changing light and occasional blur become part of the visual language, allowing familiar scenes to move between documentation and abstraction. I am particularly interested in what happens outside the obvious centre of an image: a distant figure, a passing movement, a boundary or a temporary relationship between people and place.
The series reflects on the act of noticing itself, and on how slowing down and looking towards the periphery can reveal moments of quiet significance within everyday life.

My work centers on what pulls me in completely. Guided by my background in entomology, I look for microscopic details and the play of light that gives life to my subjects. I am drawn to insects because they exist mostly unnoticed—a quality they share with certain urban landscapes. This series is a collection of moments: brief, overlooked glimpses of beauty.

These photos are my best efforts at authentically capturing the precise moment when I felt as if the frame in front of me drew me in with something potent, and largely indescribable. There isn't necessarily any intentional, logical meaning behind them, beyond what these frames provoke in me or you. I think my favourite photography doesn't need much context, and doesn't require much thinking. I like immediacy, and being true to capturing what the frame makes me feel and the impressions I get, without much analysis.
I used a few different cameras here - the Nikon D700, Kyocera SL400R, Canon IXUS 85IS

There is a point in summer when the heat reshapes the day. Shadows sharpen, colours intensify, and every movement is measured against the effort it requires. Heat Wave inhabits that threshold.
Made between beaches, lakes and public pools, the series follows the quiet rituals of people seeking relief. Crowded sands become abstract compositions; water offers a temporary escape. Seen from a distance, individual stories vanishes, leaving behind a landscape of bodies, light, and repetition.
Rather than documenting leisure, these photographs linger on the peculiar stillness created by extreme heat: a state where the familiar begins to feel slightly unreal.

Photography by Martha Clarkson:
Vocabulary of Water
Water serves as both subject and collaborator in this ongoing exploration of abstraction. Rather than documenting a landscape, these photographs investigate the visual vocabulary created by reflection, light, and movement. As recognizable forms dissolve into line, gesture, and structure, the surface of the water becomes a place where representation gives way to pattern and perception.
l. Line
Using the surface of the water as a starting point, this series reduces reflection and movement into geometric compositions. By emphasizing repetition and lines, the images invite viewers to move beyond recognizing water as a subject and instead experience it as shape, rhythm, and form.
Here is the quieter, more fluid patterns that emerge across the water's surface. Curving lines and looping forms drift across the frame, creating abstract compositions that suggest movement without depicting a specific moment or event. The photographs examine the way light and water collaborate to produce fleeting drawings that exist only for an instant before dissolving into something entirely new.
In this group of images, the surface of the water becomes a study in structure. Light, reflection, and movement combine to create layered compositions that balance organic motion with an unexpected sense of order. Rather than documenting a landscape, these photographs investigate how texture and underlying patterns transform a familiar element into an abstract visual language https://image.nostr.build/1b4b8f511e6f0d2e09434b71d106593ab4548c202f76cb22ad3237cb7f4865a4.jpg https://image.nostr.build/a3a7f3a155e89bba69ce0f84ab661d123a62e46b1b4fc155b2f46f6a1ff20bc5.jpg https://image.nostr.build/0dc6a69dc243f3b377eba50d598cfa6bcc3e0a853a62a2942a3c000d41f99ebd.jpg https://image.nostr.build/0703fe604b06337c28dba802115915deb8eed57f69e87644c52b87450eb78584.jpg https://image.nostr.build/e724d8e330fc07dc249016b5d5efa8d4e0f306207af97f65fcccab9d4dbfe5dc.jpg https://image.nostr.build/dfbf4dda4bc9e96573ab81735217aceeb7b52807f8b9ba80d6713e809758024a.jpg https://image.nostr.build/57b19261c3521d0b896772a707a44b0f5b516f272644f4643532036e45047574.jpg https://image.nostr.build/162f02f979061806905f08d33176512ea151a0e3d297490d5d1d693615f9351b.jpg

The photographs—monochrome images with high contrast—are arranged as diptychs and polyptychs to map out a scenography of wandering. Radical black and white serves as the instrument of this transformation. It strips the world down to its essentials: a vibration of grays, a tension between fullness and emptiness. Through this interplay of contrasts, dry grass becomes punctuation on an invisible manuscript, while architectural structures become the silence that holds it.
Photography becomes a quest for this threshold. By exploring the edge, the limit, and the breaking point between materials, I attempt to capture a nameless place, a score of silence where a line becomes script and space transforms into an elemental sign. Here, the image is no longer a window onto the world, but the trace of a place that exists solely through the meeting of light and shadow.
Everything here is a matter of confrontation. The silence of the flooded pools—mirrors of a world suspended in time—clashes with the tragic scars of past fires. Charred trunks, standing as stark, graphic sentinels, contrast with the resilience of new shoots striving to erase the traces of devastation. Between shadow and light, between the solidity of rock and the void of space, my work focuses on the "edge"—the very place where metamorphosis unfolds.

I am drawn to moments where people, objects, and constructed forms converge or briefly stand in for one another. People occupy space and segue into moments where shadows, portraits, and mannequins hold the same visual weight as live bodies. This body of work interweaves the concept of what and how moves through the observed world, even as it begins to feel slightly misaligned, as if reality might be on a momentary hiatus. These photographs describe my way of seeing.

This series is about the quiet relationship between light, water, and time. Through sunsets, moonlit shores, lighthouses, and coastal landscapes, I explored the moments when nature slows down and invites reflection. I was drawn to the changing colors of the sky, the movement of the sea, and the feeling of standing at the edge of something vast and timeless. While creating these images, I was trying to capture a sense of peace, wonder, and connection. Each photograph represents a brief moment that will never exist in exactly the same way again. Together, the images tell a story of transition—between day and night, stillness and movement, solitude and belonging. The series is an invitation to pause, observe, and experience the beauty of the natural world with a sense of calm and gratitude.

As a street and landscape photographer, I aim to capture emotions through static scenes, sometime commuters in the move. Inspired by cinema, especially the colorful Wes Anderson, I believe photography is about intuitively « hearing » the music of elements and geometry. This artwork is a 35mm and digital mixture, witnessing various golden hour and nightfall scenes. My work doesn’t feature any innovation, fantasy and limits post-editing. Instead, themes like the nature, the people, modest scenes and slices of everyday life allow a dialogue with the spectator, hence closing the cinematic loop which I aim to create; living my photography as a poster, why not like a dream.

Over the past few weeks, we've been quietly working on something that feels like a natural extension of everything we've been building at NOICE.
It's called "Proof of Work"
Part book, part audiobook, it brings together lessons from over a decade of publishing photography, reviewing portfolios, curating work, making photographs, and exploring the ideas of time, value, attention, and sound money.
Over the years, we've come to believe that these subjects are more connected than they first appear. #Photography teaches you to pay attention. Editing teaches you restraint. Building something over the long term teaches patience. #Bitcoin teaches you to think differently about time and value. This project is my attempt to bring those ideas together in one place.
The book contains 30 chapters, an appendix, and complete audio narration so you can listen, read, or move between both. It's also paired with 30 of my own photographs - not as decoration, but as proof of the years spent walking, observing, and making work for the simple joy of seeing.
There are a few ways to access the book, but my favorite is the chapter-by-chapter option using sats. Readers can unlock chapters individually and move through the material at their own pace. It felt like the most honest way to present something that was written to be absorbed slowly rather than consumed all at once.
If you've enjoyed the ideas we've shared through NOICE over the years, I think you'll find something valuable here.
Give it a read. Give it a listen. Share it with a friend.
And if you happen to stumble across a bug or something that feels off, let me know. Building new things is its own form of proof of work.
Thank you for being part of this journey.

Q: what makes a good photograph?
A: For me, a good photograph invites reflection. I am drawn to images that create tension between reality and interpretation, where the familiar becomes uncertain or unsettling without being too obvious. Photography gains meaning for me when it reveals something hidden within the everyday, not through explanation, but through ambiguity, atmosphere, and contradiction.

Signed Off is a project about existential questions.
Is it enough to only exist?
Wandering around my neighborhood, I started seeing 'naked' poles of metal. I started photographing them. Don't really know why. Questions started to arise.
What was the purpose of these poles? Had they at some point had signed attached to them, as many similar poles nearby. Had those signs become obsolete? Why was the pole still there if it no longer served any obvious purpose?
These more practically oriented questions soon gravitated towards more philosophical ones. If you, in this case a pole, 'lose' your purpose is it enough to only exist?
We humans may ask ourselves what the meaning of life is. If we serve any purpose. Some humans may ask such questions a bit too often. But do we need to serve a purpose?
We humans may eventually ask ourselves the vital (livsavgörande) /critical question 'To be or not to be?'. Poles cannot.

This series is a mix of various different things happening around trees. I have used trees for as a grid in some frames and on others trees are the main subject. I have grown an interesting connections with trees, mostly out of fascination and curiosity.

Submission by Alessandro Di cerbo Mattei:
This series does not truly move through a physical place, but rather through a perceptual and mental state. More than documenting a real space, it attempts to explore an inner condition.
The project begins within a dense, tense environment, almost suffocated by the accumulation of signs. Gradually, the rhythm of the images changes and begins to open up, until the landscape seems to dissolve and become more rarefied, through an alternation of visual rhythms.
The series works through rhythm and perception: each photograph attempts to alter the breathing space of the next. Through this process, the work became a form of slowing down and pacification.

You have two things that are genuinely finite.
Time. And attention.
Everything else - money, skills, relationships, opportunities - can be acquired, developed, rebuilt. But time moves in one direction, and attention, once spent, is gone. You can't earn more of either. You can only decide how to use what you have.

DD/MM/YYYY is a series of personal photographic explorations of place and presence. It explores time and what remains of it as it flows between us. In a way, it is an isolation in a small universe that I am trying to create and within which I am trying to exist comfortably.
What I discover (or find) in this series are human forms and traces of nature, bombarded by fragments of memory that I collect to create this new passage, which may be a new isolation or a way out. At the same time, I am attempting to remain consciously present, aware, always in the way that every new answer leads to a new question, starting a new circle while ending the previous one.
As I look back on this project’s moments of creation, I observe that there is always something more to unfold: a reminder of what is actually important without seeming important; a fleeting glimpse of the everyday, magical, yet trivial events that life provides.

SATURDAY SHARE!!!
Every Saturday we round up the photographers of threads community to share our work from the past week, or just all time favorites. Don't be shy, lets see your proof of work.
Q: If there was a tool that could help you today in your photography workflow, what would it be?
I ask because I'm always building tools for myself and then sharing them. See the latest one I made, Matted. And yes, you can purchase it using #bitcoin
https://noicemagazine.com/tools/matted https://image.nostr.build/53c72d53c89ed357da6b67d7531a3ca24386238ea14eab573db5fef484797726.jpg

Working on the most comprehensive, but beautifully simple ebook / app about photography and #bitcoin. This will be fantastic.

“News from home” is a little piece, sound, memory of my quiet but caotic ordinary. Where beauty is gently presented.

NOICE+ is now live.
A membership built around growth, education, honest feedback, and being seen by people whose taste you trust.
Not an algorithm. Not a transaction. A creative home - and one that will continue to evolve alongside the photographers using it.
As a member, you can submit work daily and receive personal written feedback directly from the editor - real responses from someone actually looking at your photographs, sequencing, tones, and intent. No automated replies. No generic approval system.
There’s also the education module: guided lessons on editing, sequencing, presentation, curation, and developing stronger taste as a photographer. More lessons will continue being added based on what members actually want help with.
Members also receive direct messaging access, editor notes, private dashboard access, and all NOICE tools included - including Matted and future tools currently being developed.
And perhaps most uniquely: NOICE is fully #Bitcoin + Lightning enabled.
No ads. No investors. No sponsored content. No algorithms deciding what deserves attention. Just photographers supporting independent publishing and education directly through the hardest money and open networks.
Built slower. Built intentionally. Built for photographers who genuinely care about the craft.
