What is the most overrated and underrated aspect of bitcoin?

I’ve got some ideas but curious what you guys think.

There needs to be a manual or guide to support onboarding merchants, giving them various options for receiving bitcoin/lightning and how to properly secure it.

Maybe I’ll make it if it doesn’t exist.

If there is such a thing I’d like to check it out.
