So today was all family. Went up Mont Royal, warm autumn day, leaves everywhere, honestly hard to beat.
Best part though? My son and me lifting weights in the basement. And when I say lifting, he did more than me. Kid is passing me up and I couldn't care less. He's turning into a man and I get a front row seat.
Proud dad moment right there.
