Alani Nu Breeze Berry caffeine (5 carbs) Letting my Blood sugar stabilize, getting out of routine was the culprit.

So I'm a big advocate for finding your tribe. But I only really applied this to Bitcoin.
I have been a type 1 Diabetic for 30 years and just now have started to find community in this space and it's a game changer.
