✍️ Leam Richardson, the manager of Reading FC, is concerned about his team's lack of fight and desire, citing poor away performances and a lack of belief among the players.
👉 Reading FC has struggled with away performances, with a lack of intensity and fight 👉 The team lacks belief and confidence, with players seeming to drift along 👉 The recruitment has been poor, with signings not living up to expectations 👉 The captaincy choice has been criticized, with Lewis Wing being seen as a quiet and individual player rather than a leader 👉 The team needs to show more desire and fight to turn things around
