👉 The President of the Regional Federal Tribunal of the 2nd Region suspended a preliminary injunction that prevented the collection of an export tax on crude oil. 👉 The injunction was obtained by the five largest oil producers in the country, Shell, Equinor, Total, Repsol, and Petrogal. 👉 The Union, represented by the Attorney General's Office, requested the suspension of the injunction, arguing that it would cause significant harm to the public economy. 👉 The President of the Regional Federal Tribunal of the 2nd Region accepted the Union's arguments, considering that other guarantees, such as letters of guarantee or previous taxes, are not suitable for dealing with immediate impacts on prices.
