✍️ A lawsuit filed by former Seton Hall basketball player Myles Powell against the university and its medical staff has been dismissed by a US District Judge.
👉 Myles Powell, a former Seton Hall All-America basketball player, filed a lawsuit against the university and its medical staff in 2021 👉 The lawsuit claimed that the university and its medical staff acted negligently by allowing Powell to play on a serious knee injury during his senior year 👉 Judge William J. Martini dismissed the claim, ruling that Powell had not produced sufficient evidence to support his allegations 👉 The judge also dismissed a gross negligence claim filed by Jasmine Smith, a former guard on Seton Hall's women's basketball team
