✍️ The NCAA handed down penalties to the University of Michigan football program for scouting violations, with most individuals punished for recruiting violations rather than participating in the scheme.
👉 Former assistant coaches Jesse Minter and Steve Clinkscale negotiated resolutions for recruiting violations 👉 Former assistant director of player personnel Denard Robinson was hit with the same type of infraction 👉 Head coach Jim Harbaugh was punished for being the program's head coach 👉 Low-level staffer Connor Stalions was the only one punished for scouting 👉 The university received stiff financial penalties, four years of probation, and recruiting restrictions
