✍️ A luxury home in Hong Kong's Southern district has been sold for HK$342 million to a buyer with the same name as veteran investor Xu Liusheng.
👉 The buyer shares the name with the owner of Shenzhen Kaifu Investment, a company that was recently deregistered. 👉 The property was purchased on November 14 and handed over to Xu on Thursday. 👉 The sale marked the second transaction in the luxury project this year, with another unit selling for HK$319 million in September.
