✍️ The trend of invading newsrooms and targeting journalists has spread to the highest levels of the federal government, a shocking act of authoritarianism.
👉 The raid of a journalist's home and the jailing of their alleged source are shocking acts of authoritarianism. 👉 This trend is not new, but rather a continuation of a pattern of erosion of press freedom. 👉 The US has been backsliding to this point for quite some time, at both the federal and local levels.
