👉 US President Donald Trump attended a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur where Cambodia and Thailand signed an agreement to withdraw heavy weapons from their disputed border 👉 The agreement establishes a joint taskforce to address border issues and sets up a new procedure for clearing landmines 👉 The agreement is seen as a minor step forward in resolving the long-standing border dispute between the two countries 👉 Trump used the ceremony to tout his own peacemaking abilities, claiming to have ended eight wars in eight months 👉 Critics argue that the agreement is not a significant breakthrough and that the underlying issues remain unresolved
