✍️ Croatian freediver Vitomir Maričić holds his breath for 29 minutes and 3 seconds, setting a new record in the Guinness World Records.
👉 Maričić spent 10 minutes breathing pure oxygen before attempting the record 👉 He trained his lungs and diaphragm to tolerate carbon dioxide build-up 👉 He relied on mental discipline and focus to stay calm and conserve oxygen 👉 He remained still on the pool floor to minimize oxygen burn from movement
