✍️ A dispute over a $2 million maize crop in San Luis, Argentina, has led to the imputation of Ricardo André Bazla and Darío Oviedo, former officials of the provincial government.
👉 The province of San Luis awarded a contract to develop a horse breeding farm in 2007. 👉 The contract was revoked in 2017 due to non-compliance with the terms. 👉 The maize crop was planted, and the province took control of the field in 2023. 👉 The owners of the crop claim they were not notified of the province's takeover and were still being charged annual fees. 👉 Bazla and Oviedo have been imputed for alleged crimes including defraudation, falsity, and tax evasion.
