✍️ Muhammad Ibrahim, a Guyanese agronomist, has been elected as the new Director General of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) for the period 2026-2030, promising to work with all regions of the continent and focus on incorporating science, technology, and innovation to address the challenges faced by countries and farmers.
