👉 The NCAA will pay $303 million to settle a class-action lawsuit with over 7,700 volunteer coaches in non-baseball sports. 👉 The coaches were previously prohibited from receiving pay or benefits, but the NCAA rescinded this rule in January 2023. 👉 The settlement applies to all volunteer coaches who worked for Division I sports programs in non-baseball sports between March 2019 and July 2023. 👉 Approved claimants will receive no less than $5,000, and many will receive much more.
