✍️ Michael Gableman, a former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, is asking Justice Janet Protasiewicz to recuse herself from his disciplinary case due to biased comments she made during her campaign.
👉 Gableman's attorneys argue that Justice Protasiewicz's biased comments create a serious risk of actual bias. 👉 The court will ultimately decide if the recommended 3-year suspension is proper. 👉 Justice Rebecca Dallet denied a similar request to recuse herself from the case. 👉 Justice Susan Crawford recused herself from the case due to her involvement in an open records lawsuit before former leftie Dane County Judge Frank Remington.
