✍️ St Helens' upcoming match against Leigh Leopards is significant due to the unique scheduling system in Super League, which includes 'loop fixtures' that can affect team performance.
👉 Super League teams play 27 games in the regular season, including 11 home and 11 away games, one neutral venue game, and four loop fixtures. 👉 Loop fixtures are determined by the previous season's league placings, with teams facing opponents that finished in the same position. 👉 The scheduling system can have a significant impact on team performance, with some teams facing more challenging schedules than others. 👉 St Helens has had a relatively easy run-in this season, with two wins against Salford Red Devils, while Leigh Leopards have had a more difficult schedule.
