✍️ The Atlanta Braves are predicted to trade for Sandy Alcantara, a $56M NL East Cy Young winner, to pair with Chris Sale and Spencer Strider.
👉 Spencer Schwellenbach has been placed on the 60-day injured list due to inflammation in his right elbow 👉 The Braves have a strong pitching staff when healthy, but adding another arm was a priority 👉 Sandy Alcantara has a 0.74 ERA in 24.1 innings pitched and a 18-to-4 strikeout-to-walk ratio 👉 Acquiring Alcantara would not be easy, especially given the division rivalry 👉 A rotation featuring Chris Sale, Spencer Strider, Reynaldo Lopez, and Alcantara would be incredibly difficult for opponents to handle
