👉 Endometriosis is a condition in which cells similar to those lining the womb grow in other parts of the body. 👉 Symptoms include severe pain and heavy periods. 👉 About 1.5 million women in the UK are thought to have endometriosis. 👉 Stacey underwent robotic surgery to remove her right kidney, which had failed. 👉 The use of robotic operating theatre is enabling more patients to be treated and recover more quickly.
