✍️ A nursery worker and the nursery's director have been charged with manslaughter and health and safety offenses following the death of a 14-month-old boy at a nursery in Dudley.
👉 Kimberley Cookson, 22, charged with gross negligence manslaughter 👉 Deborah Latewood, 54, charged with failing to comply with health and safety duties 👉 Fairytales Nursery Limited charged with corporate manslaughter and failing to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 👉 Four other people arrested as part of the investigation will face no further action 👉 Nursery closed by Ofsted on December 14, 2022
