✍️ The article argues that Democrats need to abandon their focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and instead adopt a more merit-based approach to candidate selection and voter appeal.
👉 The Democratic Party's focus on DEI has led to a lack of competitive spirit and a focus on identity politics over merit. 👉 This approach has failed to attract men to the party and has led to the selection of unqualified candidates. 👉 The party needs to adopt a more merit-based approach and abandon DEI in order to be successful.
