✍️ Alabama basketball coach Nate Oats is not concerned about the team's depth at point guard, despite the departure of Mark Sears and the uncertainty surrounding Labaron Philon's return.
👉 Alabama has only one true point guard on its roster, Aden Holloway, due to the departure of Mark Sears and Labaron Philon's uncertain return. 👉 Returning guards Latrell Wrightsell Jr. and Houston Mallette can chip in at point guard. 👉 Incoming freshmen Davion Hannah and Amari Allen, as well as transfer Jalil Bethea, can also handle the ball. 👉 Oats' system doesn't require a traditional point guard, and he thinks that players can create for the team with their shooting abilities. 👉 Alabama is looking to add at least one more player to its roster before the start of the season.
