✍️ A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor seeking compensation for using his name, image, and likeness.
👉 Pryor's lawsuit was dismissed due to the statute of limitations for antitrust claims 👉 Pryor is ineligible for compensation from the NCAA v. House settlement covering athletes from 2016-2024 👉 Pryor's lawsuit sought damages and an injunction to prevent the defendants from using his image without permission or compensation 👉 Pryor's lawsuit also sought class-action status to include all former student-athletes who competed for OSU prior to the NIL rules changing
