✍️ The New York Jets are in need of a new quarterback after a disastrous 2025 season. With the second overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, they are considering several options, including Ty Simpson, Garrett Nussmeier, Trinidad Chambliss, Carson Beck, and Drew Allar.
👉 Ty Simpson, Alabama: next best QB in 2026, could be taken with pick 16 in Round 1 👉 Garrett Nussmeier, LSU: sleeper option, has unique QB intangibles, and is the son of New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier 👉 Trinidad Chambliss, Ole Miss: very good athlete with breakaway speed and a big arm, but needs work on intermediate accuracy 👉 Carson Beck, Miami: prototypical QB size, good arm, and NFL level accuracy, but can be streaky 👉 Drew Allar, Penn State: total project, needs work on accuracy and decision-making, but has a monster of an arm
