✍️ Homeowners who received botched insulation under government schemes are calling for an investigation into the problem to be widened, as many have been left living in mouldy conditions.
👉 About 280,000 properties in Britain were offered free insulation under government schemes between 2013 and 2025. 👉 92% of external wall insulation put in place under these schemes over the past three years has at least one major issue. 👉 The government has introduced comprehensive reforms to fix the problem, but many homeowners are still waiting for support. 👉 The issue has been known to the government for over a decade, but no comprehensive solution has been implemented.
