✍️ A Belfast woman, Nicola Hutton, was sentenced to five months in prison for falsely claiming to be a kidney donor to a seriously ill man, Billy Cullen.
👉 Hutton was sentenced to five months in prison for false communication offence 👉 She pretended to be a kidney donor to Billy Cullen, who was in need of a transplant 👉 She lied about attending appointments and having tests, and even met with the family 👉 The kidney team discovered that Hutton had never applied to be a donor 👉 The family's world came crashing down when they realized they had been lied to 👉 Billy's health deteriorated further due to the wasted time 👉 The court described Hutton's actions as 'abject wickedness' and 'emotional parasitism'
