✍️ Google's pilot scheme in the UK showed that training workers to use AI could lead to significant productivity gains and economic growth.
👉 Workers who were trained to use AI in administrative tasks could save an average of 122 hours per year. 👉 Simple steps such as giving workers permission to use AI and a few hours of training could help double the adoption of the technology. 👉 Older women from lower socio-economic backgrounds were less likely to use AI at work. 👉 Training and reassurance could help to narrow the gap in AI adoption.
